RATES: $120-$165 NIGHTLY (taxes are included) TWO NIGHT MINIMUM

Reservations and Deposits: Deposit shall be one night's rental in advance($165 for cabin #1; $120 for cabin $2; & $150 for cabin #3). In order to confirm your reservation, your deposit must be received within 7 days of initial booking. We accept credit cards via PayPal for your deposit online. However, we are not able to accept credit cards in person or by telephone. Please be sure to confirm your reservation via e-mail or by phone before selecting the "Pay Now" button located on the cabin rental page. You may also mail your deposit to:

Payment is due in full at check-in. Cash or Money Orders are welcome at check-in. Personal checks will only be accepted if received 7 days prior to check-in date. We do not accept credit cards in person or by phone. All credit card payments must be made through our website online via PayPal. If you wish to put the final balance on credit card, you will need to make the payment through our website by clicking on the PayPal button before you leave home prior to check-in. To pay your balance off through PayPal, you will need make a separate transaction for each night left on you balance total. For example, if you have a two night balance that needs to be paid for, then you'll need to make two separate transactions by going through the PayPal system two separate times.

Cancellation Policy: Deposit will be forfeited if reservation is not cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival of day of check-in. Please note that there will be a $10.00 service charge for cancellations that were paid online through PayPal.

NO PETS

MAID SERVICE: In house cleaning is not available during the term of the stay. Linens and towels will be made available. There is a washer and dryer on site. As a courtesy, we do ask that all towels, sheets, dishes be washed before you leave. If you have time, we'd appreciate it if the beds were made with clean linens before your departure.

FIREPLACE: When using the wood-burning fireplace, please leave the damper open at all times. Please check to see if the damper is in the open position before using the fireplace. *A Fire extinguisher is located in the kitchen of each unit.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Little River Retreats/Wild Woods Cabins and its' owners/representatives will not offer rentals to anyone under the age of 25. An adult, parent, or guardian must accompany minors (21 and under) at all times.
